This website is in memory of Donald Grant Cooper, who was born still on October 24,2004. He never had a chance to show the world just how much he had to give so we are going to make sure that everyone knows. He was a son, brother, cousin, nephew, grandson, uncle and most of all a role model who never knew his power . Just remember that he is there when you least expect it. When there is a bird sitting in a tree just watching he is there, or the rain falling on your face he is there giving his angel kisses, or the wind that blows on the back of your neck he is always there.
